  Today, I experienced a remarkable display of kindness and dedication when I visited the Perry UPS store to return several items due to unforeseen circumstances. My items were boxed up but not with the matching labels. I was warmly greeted by three radiant faces who sprang into action to assist me. Their compassion and understanding were palpable, and I felt grateful for their extra support during a particularly challenging time for me, personally. Their kindness was so genuine that I felt an instant connection, like I'd made new friends. As I was being helped, more customers arrived, and these lovely associates welcomed them with beaming smiles. The entire team exuded a sweet, uplifting spirit. I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks to PAIGE, NYSIAN, and KIMBRELLA's kindness and expertise, I left the store feeling relieved and grateful.

  The ladies working when I came in were wonderful and very kind. Miss Paige especially!! Great workers and great customer service from this store!!!

  Nysiah was so helpful!! She explained exactly what I needed for my Amazon return and gave me the best service when I came at the very end at closing. She didn’t even bat an eye to welcome me in and provided me with the best service.

  i’m only giving one star because it’s required. the employees and this location failed my family. a brand new iphone our phone company sent to their store was supposedly picked up with no id. employees and manager claim that someone showed up with permission to pick up and a copy of my husbands email. there is no way. there is 100% no way this would happen. then they moved him out of line and did not want to help him any further. we have called corporate. in all honesty should call the police. this location can’t be trusted.the words of the manager were, oh people were trying to pick up your phone all day yesterday. someone did and had a copy of your email. my husband and i live a quiet life. no one has access and not a soul knew besides me that we ordered a phone. how does this look for your employees?
