I hate this post office. I cant tell you how many legal documents, letters, packages, credit cards, debit card replacements and other important things that I have needed that they have returned. I even canceled my Amazon because when you buy something you don't know how its going to deliver so if you put the street address they wont deliver it. If you put both the street and po box they wont deliver it and if you put the po box and the shipper delivers it another way outside of the post office they wont deliver it because the other delivery method won't deliver to the post office. So essentially you are paying them for a po box that half the time you cant use which should be illegal. Glad we are looking to move back to the city with a actual working post office and postal workers that give a damn about people receiving their mail

Hate this post office. The clerk working today really could careless about anyone. They constantly send my mail back, when I've had the same box for 20+ years. I needed my daughter's important document, but now it's floating around somewhere.

**Edit: Third to fourth time in a row now that my stuff is being misdelivered. 5pm driver really needs to check as to where they are delivering. If you don’t know what you’re doing then this really isn’t the job for you. It’s been beyond frustrating having my stuff go everywhere else but my house or mailbox. Then I have to jump through hoops to get it back or cut my losses entirely which is waste/theft of my money. Second time this month where my package has been delivered somewhere else. Good luck to those of us in Ellabell, because the USPS has never been worse! -And it takes FOREVER for anyone to answer the phone… even when it’s first thing in the morning. Then when whoever does answer they can only tell me they’ll get with the driver and try to get the package back. Then they’ll give me a call back… that never actually comes. I’ve been told I’ll get a call back like four or five times on one package. It never happens. I end up being the one to call and get the exact same run around. Like if yall know it’s lost then just tell me it’s lost so I can figure out what I need to do. As an ebay buyer I know now to start asking sellers about switching to UPS or FedEx for my shipping options. If not that then I’ll get a PO box. Either the driver is stealing packages or they have no clue as to what they’re doing. It’s easy to take something that often times requires no signature or photo. Surprisingly enough they never misdeliver my bills.

I have problems with my carrier. I've watched her take packages to the door next door yet I get a slip telling me to pickup at the post office. Once my package was left outside on the boat. I constantly have other people's mail here. Now I have a message that my mail was delivered at 12:12 pm on Friday. Nope. My flag has been up 2 days with no deliveries
