- TSTerra StoneJul 23, 20251.02 Amazon packages said delivered today at 6:31 pm. One said left by front door or porch. Not at either location or down the ramp where they are too lazy to bring to the door. The ramp isn't always used. Walked out to the mailbox and not only were there no packages but no mail, that was supposed to be delivered today, that was shown in my email notice. I had to drive to the post office mid June to have the mail lady drive back to the post office, because there was a sorry we missed you note on the door. Funny, because we were home all day and no one knocked, it was Express Scripts that was much needed medicine. Her excuse was no vehicle was there. I informed her that all 3 vehicles were there because we were home! Who is going to fix this issue that is on going!
- RLRobert LaneJun 25, 20251.0Deliveries are becoming horrendous in Ellabell area. The USPS person delivering Amazon packages leaves the packages on the front lawn. To lazy to walk them to the carport. They want to turn around at my carport and I can't risk them damaging my property. The Supervisor told my wife she has no control of her employees assigned to the Amazon package delivery service. What a lame excuse for a supervisor of that site. The Ebay packages are hit and miss, if I get them to the house. Seems there is one driver doesn't like delivering this route, as a substitute. She needs to be fired. I am making a package to send to Buddy Carter to get an investigation started on this Pembroke GA office and lack of management.

I've had this happen so much that I know I can't depend on them.. my regular carriers are wonderful but the fillers they need to be retrained I will be filing a complaint with corporate after this.. just ridiculous
- ZMZak MJan 14, 20231.0Never had any problems with the service until today but they claim that they attempted a delivery this morning but the drive way or front door were inaccessible but their were no attempted delivery notice on the mailbox. I checked surveillance and no vehicle attempted to pull up in the driveway and to top it off I called the post office several times and no one has the guts to even answer the phone. Worthless!
