  I lost my wallet in December 2025 while on a trip, and Ms. Monique Peek contacted me to say it had been found—I was truly blessed to hear this! She went out of her way to send it back, and I’m so grateful for her honesty and kindness. People like her truly restore your faith in others!!

  I had a passport appointment scheduled for my daughter at the Peachtree Corners Post Office about a month and a half ago. Unexpectedly, the night before our appointment, I received a call informing me that they were short-staffed and would not be able to accommodate passport services, and that I should try the library instead. The next morning, I went to the library very early and waited in line for hours, only to be told they only accept 20 appointments per day. After that, I decided to try my luck and return to the post office—and I am so grateful that I did. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Lady Mo. She went completely above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment we walked in, her professionalism, attention to detail, speed, and overall care were unmatched. I had actually worked with her about five years ago, and because of her, I knew exactly what to bring and how to be prepared—and this time was no different. When I say everything went smoothly, I mean it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She handled everything with efficiency and a genuine smile before, during, and after the entire process. Even though we came at a time that wasn’t very busy, she still treated us with urgency, kindness, and respect. This experience completely turned my day around. I am incredibly thankful and truly feel blessed that she was able to accommodate us in a moment of need. Employees like Lady Mo are rare, and she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. She is an absolute asset to this location and is more than deserving of recognition—and honestly, a raise. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

  Someone here is stealing packages (specifically two of my Victoria secret packages have gone missing). The managers give you the run around when submitting a claim to investigate. They marked one to my home delivered that was never delivered and now my PO Box delivery was sent to cumming and back to the atl distribution hub. Something weird is going on here at this location!

  I really hate going to this USPS location. The employees there act lazy and do not want to help customers. One lady told me to use the kiosk to scan my package instead of helping me at the counter, but that machine is always jammed and does not work right. After you put your package in, it does not even open properly, so you cannot tell if it actually went through. My item never made it to the destination, and the employee with braids told me it had already been sent out. The service there is careless and unprofessional. There was a huge line at both the kiosk and inside, and one employee spent around 20 minutes just talking to one person while everyone else was waiting. Another employee was rude to a customer who was only asking a simple question. The only good employee there is the lady with short hair. She is actually helpful and seems like she cares but other than that, this location seriously needs better workers and better management. Nothing ever changes, and they clearly do not care about the customers.

  Lady Mo at this location is a dream to work with. There was a long line (as is expected at a post office) but she made sure to call out to the line every few minutes to acknowledge the line and apologize for the inconvenience. Once it was my turn, lady Mo helped me to find the most economical option to ship what I needed and was incredibly kind and personable during the exchange. The only thing that would make this location better would be more staffing to decrease the burden on the two workers who were there.
