Terrible customer service experience. I visited this post office today, January 7 at around 9:00 AM, and asked an associate for help locating the Certified Mail form/receipt. Instead of assisting me, she repeatedly said, “you don’t see it right there,” in a rude and dismissive tone. When I asked again for help, she told me to use the smartphone I had in my hand to figure it out myself rather than offering any assistance. She then went on to tell two other customers that they had been at the post office for too long, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable, dismissed, or rushed because an employee hates their job. This was a very unpleasant experience, and due to the lack of basic courtesy and customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

Courtney, the gentleman working at this USPS was incredibly helpful. He was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to his assistance, the package was located right away. I really appreciate the great customer service and follow-through.

I genuinely hate that I have to come to this post office. The ladies at the front don’t want to scan pre-posted packages and want you to go outside to the self service kiosk because they’re too lazy to self scan, and when you go to the self-service kiosk, it is always jammed up, doesn’t have receipts so there’s no way to put your packages in to the bin. Then, if you ask the guy standing at the carrier package, he tells you to carry them all inside, even though you were told to bring them outside, and if you’re someone who has dozens of packages you have to send you cannot physically carry all of them inside. And that rude guy over there tells you that it’s not his problem These people here at this post office are incredibly lazy. I genuinely dislike coming here and I don’t recommend this post office at all. The fact that this crappy post office has such terrible reviews and USPS does absolutely nothing to improve them tells you everything you need to know.
