I quite like this post office. I appreciate that they're open until 6pm and one employee here taught me, an author, about media mail, which I really appreciated :')

Today my girls had their appointment for their passport renewal, which has been scheduled for the past 3 weeks. Getting a passport appointment at any post office and/or library is difficult. This morning I checked my email to double check my appointment time. We arrived 10 minutes early. We went in for our appointment and we were told an email was sent to cancel our appointment. I did not receive an email, I checked all areas in my email and I have the confirmation from my appointment. I was told I could go to the Library next door. Knowing how the Library does their passport appointments, I knew at 1:45, there would be no appointments, in which there were not. Very disappointed that I have to again wait multiple weeks for an appointment. Luckily my girls are out of school and did not miss class. I imagine others may have taken the day off work, driven a distance and taken kids out of school. Calling would be a better idea if you are canceling appointment and offering to reschedule would be kind. Infuriating.

Can the two ladies be anymore rude?!! Such condescending tone of voices that is so unnecessary. Another example of poor service and work that would never be tolerated in a private company but since it’s nearly impossible for public sector employees to get fired, they can do what they want with no repercussions…

zero star if possible. The worst of the worst. Said there is walking slots on Saturday from 10-2pm, came with the whole family and was told that no passport clerk is here today. Agents are so rude

Our USPS mail carriers and staff are incredible. They do an outstanding job. They go above and beyond especially Lady Mo! She always takes care of us. Which is important because we take care of our people and send lots of care packages that spread the light and joy to people in need!
