- NNNikki5 days ago1.0I’ve been coming here for around 3 years and only had minor problems. Grace and Jasmine (both pointing finger at each other) failed to put my parcel locker key in my mailbox. Resulting in several of my packages being stolen. The point of me paying for a PO Box is to eliminate my packages being stolen. The guy at the counter was also rude and dismissive but that is small compared to me losing out on money. This is unacceptable.

I must say, after a long day at work, she was very refreshing and really lifted my spirit. Her professionalism, knowledge, and personality was the best part of my day. She assisted in helping me locate my package that I was eagerly awaiting. The manager Lovantay, was very helpful as well. I’m grateful to the staff here at this location and will always look forward to seeing Lady Mo.
- EDElizabeth DryburghNov 12, 20253.0Passports appointments. For all mom’s getting little kid passports. This post office doesn’t have a toilet. We where 15min early for our appointment, but because my 5 year old needed the toilet we had to trek over to the library. The lady at the counter said that was fine and for us to go since the passport person was seeing someone. But when we got back, still 2 min before our appointment 2 other families walked in while we were gone. My husband was still there making sure they knew we were there. We got bumped behind them. So make sure your littles don’t have to go to the toilet otherwise you will be delayed a extra hour. She even said we got bumped because we left (even though we were still 2 min before our appointment and she was still working on the same customer who was before us). The manager was very nice and kind to my daughter when we were seen and apologised. After we were seen it was very professional.

They act like it’s wholly inconvenient if you ask a question, never want to explain anything - just repeat the same words without providing any definition. I dread coming here and will consider visiting another post office despite the convenience of this location, simply because being here raises my blood pressure. If you don’t want to deal with customers, find a job that doesn’t require providing customer service.
