When I realized the plastic bag my Happy Returns items had come in was not needed, I asked politely if they could dispose of it and was told “we don’t take outside trash,” by the employee who didn’t once look up at me during our interaction. On top of unimpressive service, the location next to a busy grocery store makes it difficult to access.

She was charging me for a small strip of tape. She could’ve at least been nice and acknowledged it. so for future people dropping stuff off at UPS tape your boxes up before you come because they charge for everything
