  Unacceptable experience at this UPS location. I came in with a prepaid label ready to go and only needed ONE small piece of tape—literally one strip—to secure the package. I was told it would cost $2. Charging for something that minimal is already frustrating, but what happened next was far worse. The employee scanned my QR code and printed the prepaid label, then proceeded to tear it up when I declined to pay for the tape. That action caused a false “drop-off” scan in the system and completely disrupted my shipment, leaving me unable to complete the delivery and forcing me to deal with customer support to fix the issue. This is not just poor customer service—it’s unprofessional and careless handling of a customer’s shipment. A simple drop-off turned into a major problem because of how this was handled. I strongly recommend going to a different location if you expect basic professionalism and respect. UPDATE: I appreciate the response, but that is not an accurate representation of what occurred. The price for taping was not clearly disclosed before my QR code was scanned and the label was printed. Only after the label was generated was I told there would be a charge, which put me in a difficult position mid-transaction. Additionally, the label being scanned and then destroyed created a false “drop-off” status in the system, which has caused a disruption with my shipment and required me to work with Mercari support to resolve. Regardless of store policy on packaging, that outcome should have been avoided. I’ve used multiple UPS locations without encountering this type of issue, particularly for something as minor as securing a package for drop-off. The handling of this situation—especially the scanning and subsequent cancellation—was unnecessary and led directly to complications. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so similar situations can be handled more clearly and carefully in the future.

  SUPERB PRINT SERVICES!! 11/10 will use this location every time i need something printed. they do signs and canvas prints as well.

  Came here for a last minute poster for my daughter’s science project. They were very helpful and were able to get my poster printed for me even though the store was about to be closing in 5 mins. This is what true customer service .
