They don’t honor the walk in passport hours and give you attitude for walking in to even ask for help with a passport application during those hours. “The internet is incorrect. We do not accept walk ins”. You’re a government office, this is unacceptable. PTC post office is trash and it should be shut down or hire a new staff who actually care to be helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience at this USPS office. I found the staff very delightful, patient and helpful. While I was there they also seemed efficient in navigating appointments and getting people through the line.

Going by the post office today to simply mail off a package I did not expect to feel the way I did. I don’t go to the post office often because I don’t need to so I don’t understand how some things work & while one clerk was getting my package together the other one to her right (brown/light skinned w/ permed hair) thought me not understanding was funny & kept laughing under her breath. I honestly was insulted & will not make the mistake of going back there.

This place is the worst! The driver doesn’t come to your door for you to sign so she leaves a slip in the box then lies on the date for the slip so I go down to the post office ask to speak to a supervisor in regards to some lazy overpaid federal worker doesn’t want to do their job. She wouldn’t come out to speak with me, only gave information to the front clerk to tell me of more excuses why one can’t do their job once again. Just be accountable and take ownership. It’s very simple!
