One package arrived and the other is stuck in Palmetto, which is 30 minutes from the destination. I am getting nowhere with customer service. This absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with the United States Post Office. I will never again ship with USPS. I think FedEx or UPS is the way to go. I can't believe I can't trust the United States Post Office to do their job! My package finally arrived. I mailed it on December 15, 2025 and it arrived January 17, 2026. My local post office sent them an email on my behalf regarding the missing package. I then filed a lost package with the post office and then with the postmaster general. Shortly after filing with the postmaster general, it showed up. Again, Palmetto is failing and should be overhauled.
