Great job usps palmetto, you only lost 3 out 5 packages this Christmas season. Better improvement from last year when you lost them all but one. The one came destroyed with tire marks all over the shirt inside the package. Better luck next year. For now just keep collecting money from tax payers to keep the inefficient crap show going.

Two weeks ago, I shipped packages to Atlanta, GA for Christmas at the cost of $92.65. One package arrived and the other is stuck in Palmetto, which is 30 minutes from the destination. I am getting nowhere with customer service. This absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with the United States Post Office. I will never again ship with USPS. I think FedEx or UPS is the way to go. I can't believe I can't trust the United States Post Office to do their job!

Sorry post office, biggest waste of money the government has ever spent. This post office has mis-shipped my package all around the United States and was supposed to have had it over a week ago. My dad’s Christmas gift is in the package and it has been missing-shipped several times: I live in Thomson Georgia and it has went from Atlanta to Chicago and back to Atlanta, and then from Atlanta to North Carolina and back to Atlanta, and then again from Atlanta to South Georgia going in the opposite direction of where I live. This entire crew needs to be fired and they need to hire somebody who actually knows how to read.

This place is HORRIBLE! The packages go into a black hole. The tracking is never updated, and you get no response! Why hasn’t the federal government cleaned house? It’s been an issue for years!

MAJOR THEFT WAREHOUSE. PLEASE BE AWARE, I’m sure most checking these reviews are checking for the same reason. I am an eBay shipper and just today I had to contact eBay/keep myself organized in NOT selling to Georgia based customers. I have sold over 100 items on eBay - 13 of the items went through this warehouse Of the 87 that did not go through this warehouse we only had 1 issue with USPS shipping With the 13 that went through this warehouse, 7!!!!!!!!!! Of my packages have been lost! I have filed missing item reports, not a single one has been found. The post office location DOES NOT and WILL NOT answer the phone, HOW ARE THERE NOT CAMERAS AND SUPERVISORS TRACKING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS $ of items coming from this SINGLE post office?!?!
