- LLLindaAug 13, 20251.0The lady at the counter is ALWAYS a bit rude and for no reason. Twice she was nasty to me, once with my husband and then when I went in alone. Not necessary, being nice is free.

I received no responses to any of my attempts except for an email survey asking how they handled the issue when they in fact did not handle the issue. When I finally got an actual response all it said was that they’d ‘ try ‘ to redeliver it. And it still hasn’t been redelivered. It’s ridiculous, this usps does not care about its customers. I can’t go down there and grab it during the week because of work.

Constantly having someone elses mail dropped in my box. Do better please or hire people willing to do their job correctly.
