Do not use this location. Worst decision you could possibly make.
Update. STILL lying about taking my packages and not bothering to do their jobs and performing the services they are PAID TO PROVIDE.

I have tried 4 separate times to have them redeliver my package. I received no responses to any of my attempts except for an email survey asking how they handled the issue when they in fact did not handle the issue. When I finally got an actual response all it said was that they’d ‘ try ‘ to redeliver it. And it still hasn’t been redelivered. It’s ridiculous, this usps does not care about its customers. I can’t go down there and grab it during the week because of work.

Avoid this place at all cost. My mail is always getting lost or delivered to the wrong address. I have had numerous packages say delivered and never arrive. Constantly having someone elses mail dropped in my box. Do better please or hire people willing to do their job correctly.

This has always been my favorite post office I drive out of my way to come here because the one in Covington is awful as everyone knows but this new woman (the one being talked about in other reviews) is so mean spirited! The last time I went she had an attitude, took my package and literally tossed it from the counter into the bins which is very disrespectful to do with someone’s package, I tried to brush that off but today when I went i asked for a receipt for my packages and she told me after today if there were more than 3 people in line she wasn’t going to give me a receipt, that’s the whole reason I bring them in is to be scanned and get a receipt so that I have proof I dropped them off if any shipping issues arise. In all the years I’ve shipped packages I’ve never been told I couldn’t have a receipt. Then she proceeded to take my boxes and once again turn around and chunk them into the bin. I don’t know what would make someone act that way I’ve always been polite to anyone I encounter there. The woman before her was very nice.
