I didn’t bother going to the other location they printed out and handed me based on the other reviews. At this point, this location being listed as processing passport applications is a farce.

I scheduled a redelivery for a critical IRS letter for my company on March 26th, yet it was never delivered. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, I decided to come in person to resolve the issue. Instead of receiving help, I was met with extreme rudeness by a male staff member. He literally pushed me aside and told me to wait while he served everyone else, despite me being there to inquire about a pre-scheduled service that THEY failed to perform. His demeanor was hostile and completely unprofessional. After making me wait, he offered zero solutions and simply said he would 'reschedule it,' with no accountability for the initial failure. This location is plagued by bad management and a lack of basic human decency. If you have an important delivery, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This office is a disgrace to the USPS."
