  I found out my wife's PC was on Windows 10 when some software wouldn't install. I called Vision as the system was under their support and they upgraded seamlessly to Windows 11 in just a few hours. They called me back when complete and i was able to resume my work. Well done vision! Many thanks

  David was extremely helpful with the questions I had. He walked me through the changes I wanted, answered my questions and even tried to open an external hard drive I had that had a fatal hardware error. And, just like Erick Erickson says, they answer the phone quickly. David answered before the first ring was finished. It was an enjoyable experience to work with someone as knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate as David.

  Wow!!!! Dump Geek Squad, these guys hook up to your laptop and monitor if as part of their service. I love them Sam & Shaan, thanks Erick Erickson for sharing your experiences with Vision, it's because of you that I called them tonight! My laptop is only about 6 months old and it was working fine earlier and then tonight I went to turn it on and the screen was dead. The lights were on on the keypad but nothing was working. I immediately thought of vision and since I live in Florida and they are in georgia, I thought I better get on the phone with them and just get a computer ordered so they can get me one right away, because of how Erick talks about them and their customer service. Well, I hit 1 for sales at around 7:35 pm, est, Shaan answered, I told him what was happening and that I would need to get a computer ordered right away but he said, wait first try this. It was something as simple as holding down the power button for 30 seconds, and my laptop screen came on!!!! I'm sure everyone knows how much of a pain in the butt it is to go buy another laptop, it's an entire day, and I don't have an entire day. He literally saved my life, and since I had already been wanting to sign up to their technician plan, I went ahead called back, hit two for tech support and Sam was amazing. He did his thing, they scannned my computer for viruses I have little icons now on the tool bar. They're constantly going to be in touch with my computer, scanning it every Monday, doing something else once a month. If there's something that goes wrong, my computer will alert them I guess. AMAZING and it was so cute, Sam said, 'welcome to the vision family'. When it's time to buy a new laptop, even though they are in Georgia, I have no doubt that they will build me the perfect laptop and I can honestly say I will be with them forever. I used to be with Geek Squad years ago for pretty much almost the same price, a little less, and they didn't scan your computer and hook up to it and do anything like these guys did and they literally did it in a desperate moment. Thanks again for saving me, not kidding, really saving me.

  My computer world is a happy place with a maintenance contract with Vision Computers. I got a scam call a few days ago from someone posting as a firm I worked with 5 years ago. Disconnected fairly quickly, but...Vision scanned and found two file that needed to be gone. Online access is great!

  I could not add a microsoft key to my microsoft account over the weekend. Monday morning I called Vision. Once I explained my issue, the support agent accessed my desktop. Within 10 minutes, Microsoft was accessed and all the associated programs loaded. The Support Agent answered some additional questions for me and we disconnected. Super easy resolution to my frustration with this issue.
