I needed a Windows update and MS Office installed (software package I originally received seem to imply MS Office was pre-installed) on a computer I purchased several years ago from Vision Computers. Adam, their technical rep, went above and beyond in an effort to help me with these issues, kept me informed with his progress and thankfully, all matters were resolved to my satisfaction.

After picking up my new laptop on Friday and arriving home, I connected the new computer to the Wi-Fi and called Vision Computers. Mike answered the call, walked me through the process of setting up MS Office, directed me to charge my old computer and place it next to the new one, and then began the process of transferring data from one computer to the other. His instructions were clear and succinct, and now I have a new computer with all of my files. I appreciate your prompt response to all my concerns and the expertise you demonstrated in ensuring I was set up for success on my new computer.

For one who gets so frustrated with computers, this is the service to have. I have been serviced by Vision Computers since about 2010. Their tech help is wonderful. They always calm me down when I am so frustrated. their repair shop is timely and knowledgable. I am able to get my computer back at the time they predict. They fix it right the first time. I bypass many computer stores to drive to Vision, but it is worth it. Tech help Adam was wonderful and Harry is great as a sales person.

I had to upgrade to a new computer for Windows 11. I went to Vision Computers to purchase my new computer and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. They had to order and stage my computer and that took two days. Then I took my old computer to them to have the data transferred. They were able to complete this in a day then I was able to pick it up. When I got home and signed into the new computer I had no issues with my network or printer setup. I did purchase Office Home 2024 and I had to call Technical Support to have them help install this. Again no issues with installing and setting up and this was done in about 30 minutes. Sam was the technical person who helped do this and he took some time to go over my questions on other software and setup. This was my first experience with working with Vision Computers and I can say that I am very satisfied with everyone I encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for new computer or ongoing technical support.
