You guys, whatever you do, don’t go to this post office. You’ll thank me. I never write reviews, but every time I come here the customer service is so bad, it’s almost as if the employees were purposefully trained to be mean. Save yourself! Go the distance to find another USPS location.

I don’t think I’ve had a positive experience yet with this place. Don’t come if you don’t have at least 30 min to wait because no matter how many employees are there, it will only be ONE working a register. And hope you don’t need something like an envelope because they won’t have that either. I would rather walk my mail to its destination than come back to this waste of a post office.

If I could give this USPS location zero stars, I would without hesitation. This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I visit this USPS frequently because it’s close to my home and I regularly ship packages, but every visit is frustrating. The atmosphere always feels tense, the staff serve customers unwillingly, with bad attitudes and expressions that make it clear customers are more of a burden than people needing assistance. The lack of friendliness, empathy, and professionalism is obvious the moment you walk through the door. Today was the final straw. We had a passport appointment for my child at 2:30 pm, scheduled more than 15 days in advance. To make that appointment happen, I had to take time off work, reorganize my family’s entire routine, prepare documents, coordinate transportation, and ensure everything was ready so we wouldn’t be late. We arrived on time… only to be told, in a cold and dismissive way, that the employee responsible for passport services was not there and the appointment could not be completed. There was no real apology, no attempt to offer a solution, and no immediate alternative. Just a simple “they’re not here” and instructions to reschedule for another 2–3 weeks later. It is unacceptable to waste people’s time like this, especially for official appointments that require advance planning. What’s most concerning is that this does not seem like an isolated incident. I have repeatedly seen long lines moving slowly while employees chat among themselves, confused customers receiving little to no guidance, and situations where poor organization causes unnecessary delays. The overall impression is disorganization, lack of accountability, and zero focus on customer experience. Additionally, it is very disappointing to observe what often feels like dismissive or uncomfortable treatment toward Spanish-speaking customers. In an area where a large portion of the community is Hispanic, you would expect patience, inclusiveness, and basic respect. Instead, there have been multiple occasions where the tone, body language, and level of assistance provided to Spanish speakers appeared noticeably different, creating an environment that feels unwelcoming and frustrating for many members of the community. USPS should seriously review what is happening at this location: customer service training, staff supervision, adherence to scheduled appointments, cultural sensitivity, and above all, respect for the community’s time. Unfortunately, this location has become a place you avoid whenever possible. I truly hope improvements are made soon, because the current level of service falls far below what should be expected from an essential public service.

The clerks at this location are the definition of rude and disrespectful. If there were ever a video on what POOR customer service looks like this would be it. At some I thought I was in a correctional facility the way these clerks yell customers and are totally unprofessional. After both clerks stayed in the back for a long time they returned completely obnoxious and rushing customers. I will never here again
