The lady by the name of Camtu is very rude. She seems to not like her job very much, she doesn't smile, she seems mad about being there at her job. Her customer service is not good at all. Alls I wanted was to change my address, she told me that I needed my kids birth certificates in order to have any of their mail forwarded, (which is NOT true) it seemed like she was trying to give me a hard time! I sure did report her. Alls I can said is, that I hope she had a better day.

I was charged First-Class “large envelope/flat” postage for a standard letter-size envelope based on alleged thickness, even though the envelope did not approach ¼″ and no measurement was taken. The determination appeared to be made by visual judgment rather than use of a USPS thickness gauge. When I questioned the charge and asked for clarification, the response was dismissive. I also requested PS Form 3533 (the USPS refund form), and the clerk appeared unfamiliar with it. Customers should receive accurate measurements, clear explanations, and staff should be familiar with standard USPS forms. I hope this location receives additional training on proper retail procedures.

I am unsure of her name, but the Postmaster at this branch is DELIGHTFUL! She is always smiling, helpful ..she even told me she delays her lunch because she knows people do their business during their lunch and she's there to serve! In all my years of business with a Post Office, this one is the best! I hope this reaches her!

0 STARS I’ve never had issues at any USPS location—except this one, and it’s consistently because of the same employee [Asian/Vietnamese lady]. Every time she is working, the service is extremely rude and unprofessional. She provides misinformation, creates unnecessary obstacles, and seems to go out of her way to make the process more difficult than it needs to be. She argues with customers, confronts them over simple questions, and becomes even more hostile if you leave an honest neutral or negative rating. This has happened to me multiple times, which shows it’s not just a one-time misunderstanding—it’s a pattern. It’s incredibly disappointing because USPS is usually reliable, but this particular employee makes the entire location unpleasant to deal with. I will be avoiding this branch going forward due to the repeated poor service.
