I’ve been coming to this location regularly for the past several months to ship items for my business multiple times a week. Until recently, my experiences were positive, particularly with the woman who was usually at the desk until the last month or so. She was consistently pleasant and professional. However, the newer male employee with braids has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional behavior toward customers. I have witnessed him being short, visibly irritated, smart smoothed, loud and dismissive on multiple occasions. Today, I personally experienced it. He was snappy in his tone, spoke under his breath instead of addressing concerns directly and carried an openly negative attitude throughout the interaction. This is not an isolated incident. it appears to be a pattern. Customer-facing roles require professionalism, composure and basic courtesy. When someone consistently creates a tense or uncomfortable environment, it reflects poorly on the entire location. I rely on this branch for my business and expect a baseline level of professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.

If you were thinking that a stamped envelope can be dropped off here on a Sunday- forget it. There's no blue box or place to slide mail in.

This place should not be open for buisness this BIG girl with glasses on and long weave over charged me for my package which I have verified I asked to speak to a supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor her attitude was so bad towards the customers and very unprofessional. How is this possible? I will never return thereagin for anything, she even eating Panda Express at the desk where she was providing service it was filthy at this location boxes were thrown all over the place at the entrance I have never seen anything like this. I will never return here and I encourage anyone reading this to please go elsewhere the customer service is horrible USPS please do something about this place this is unacceptable! An embarrassment to the USPS as a whole!
