I recently had to ship a fragile, oddly-shaped piece of equipment, and they walked me through the best packing options to ensure it arrived safely without overcharging me for unnecessary materials. ​Professionalism & Attitude: Unlike some retail spots where you feel like an inconvenience, the staff here is consistently polite, proactive, and helpful.   Just came in with a HUGE handmade blanket that I need to ship for the most economical costs. The patient and informed cashier, Sony, helped me with the box and packing and when I had concerns about the shipping price, she worked to provide me several more options (after providing some originally). After discussion and changing the way the items was packaged, my costs went down so much and was within the budget for just a delay of some days. She took time and care in every step! And this was all while in the middle of a remodeling! Such a great experience!

  I had such an incredible experience at this UPS location! The three women working there are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced they were genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. It honestly felt rare to meet people who so clearly care about what they do, and it really shows in the way they treat customers. I couldn’t recommend this location enough if you’re looking for excellent service and people who truly go above and beyond this is the location to go to. Out of all UPS stores I’ve visited this was by far the BEST!
