  A few months ago, I used this location to ship a package and requested the cheapest option, yet I was charged over $100, at that time i was in a rush, so i paid. When I left I was confused as to why it was so expensive, but being on a time constraint I ignored it. I was recently reminded of this bad exeprience when a friend recently had to haggle just to get the lowest-priced service. This location appears to routinely overcharge customers and withhold information to encourage higher charges. Customers should not have to negotiate for a basic service, and future customers should stand their ground and question responses carefully. This pattern is unacceptable, and we expect a clear explanation of your pricing practices and assurances that customers will be treated fairly and transparently.

  That's my go to UPS store. Priya is very attentive to the details of the requests. Last time I've been there I was even gifted this holiday gift for choosing their store!

  NEVER drop off a FREE returnable item from Amazon here. Even though Amazon says it's free, they feel the need to charge. Go to Whole Foods or a different UPS. I tried to give them no stars, but of course I wouldn't be able to post.

  I have been going to this locations for years to do my Amazon drop offs. It’s a perfectly fine location; however, I will never consider them again for anything other than Amazon drop offs. I came this evening to drop off a photo album to send to my grandparents for the holidays. It’s a 4 x 6 album with only 80 pictures. Essentially cost $10 (picture of the package attached next to an iPad for reference) I asked them what’s the cheapest shipping option. The lady told me it’s $163 for next day delivery and $148 if it’s not urgent. I had to ask her to repeat herself because she said it so casually like it was nothing. I told her I can’t do that, so she said she can ship it out tomorrow for like $90. I told her absolutely not and that I no longer need their service. She then told me she can do it for $49, I said no and she said $38. I told her I’m leaving and she said she can do $19 via usps. I was tempted by the $19, but they lost all credibility with me. I’m still confused how my asked for the cheapest option went from $163 down to $19. I will be taking it to usps myself personally tomorrow. Lastly, I recognize that it’s around the holidays, but I had also told them I don’t need it delivered before the holidays.

  Price gauging during the holidays!!! Had to pay over $60 for a package that I suspected they increased the price due to holiday season. I specifically said it didn't need to be rushed. Then was told they can send it USPS for $45 something. I immediately declined due to the reputation of theft with-in during the holiday season. I stopped at my preferred UPS store in Duluth to mail another package, same contents and weight and was charged $16.61. Pure unethical and you all need to be investigated.
