  Couldn’t have had a better experience! This location is impeccably clean! The staff are very professional and courteous. They are literally smiling sincerely and they seem to like to help. I highly recommend this location. Back home, I will use the same UPS store for this very reason. I will pass others and go to the store that I know I’m gonna have a good experience. They’re doing a great job over here so please head here for any of your shipping.

  I’m so glad this location opened up… it is within walking distance from my home. I was assisted by Caesar today at the 1560 Indian Trail location and he was very helpful with getting my returns processed

  Lay & Andrea helped me out with making a couple of individual returns. I personally know it's a hassle to do one by one but Lay had all the patience in the world. Love the atmosphere here!
