- LAlibia luz velez arangoJul 15, 20251.0La peor compañía que puede existir, dejan agua que no se ha ordenado, se les llama para decirles que no se ordenó y no se necesita y dicen que no pueden recogerla que uno se la tiene que quedar, se nos daño el dispensador y se llamo para realizar el cambio y que recogieran los botellones vacíos que llevaban meses sin recoger y todos los dias reagendaban la fecha y así estuvimos por 3 meses, cancelamos la cuenta y nos dejaron los botellones por que según no los podían llevar hasta que estuvieran vacios, llevo 3 semana agendando la recogida de las botellas y como antes siguen reagendando la fecha. Llamo pido un manager y me dejan en la linea por que llevan exactamente 1 hora buscando un manager. En conclusion no usen esta compañía jamás.
