Get out of your vehicle and go to the front desk and asked to be let in. Amazon drivers have to do the same thing every time they come to these places.

- JTJ TDec 11, 20251.0I never had a problem with DHL back when I lived where their Smyrna location provided the delivery service, but this one… many times I have watched on the delivery map the driver pass by and mark Cosignee not home… when I was home and ready to sign. They make no attempt to text or call me for the gate code which I also wrote in the address line like how the Smyrna drivers do it. I scheduled for them to drop off my package for pick-up TODAY at my nearest service point and they did not drop it off for pick-up until the service point CLOSED AT 6 PM MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GRAB TODAY! Very frustrating when you have international packages and possibly the worst DHL Express service location.
