- AOAmaya OrrFeb 27, 20261.0Terrible customer service, attitudes and staff. I would pick any other post office but this one! The staff is unprofessional and had no willingness to help customers with questions. They really need to close this location because it is that awful and I’m not exaggerating
- ADAlexis Élysée DiedrichFeb 24, 20264.0I have had no issues with the employees/service for the most part; however, during my trip today I observed a manager berate her employee Edgar in front of customers for providing excellent service. The self service kiosk was in use and without asking him why he wasn't referring customers there she told him he was causing a long line because he wasn't forcing customers to head over there. She was loud and condescending. Not only was she wrong but to scold an employee in front of people was highly inappropriate. Edgar provided great customer service and coming from a background in customer service, there was no reason for her to belittle him, let alone, do it in public. Do better.
