The self service kiosk was in use and without asking him why he wasn't referring customers there she told him he was causing a long line because he wasn't forcing customers to head over there. She was loud and condescending. Not only was she wrong but to scold an employee in front of people was highly inappropriate. Edgar provided great customer service and coming from a background in customer service, there was no reason for her to belittle him, let alone, do it in public. Do better.
