    Superb customer service today. I had an unusually large Amazon return and your associate Jay helped me get it wrapped up and processed. He was super friendly and a lot of help. Highly recommend this location!

    Please teach these girls how to use the fax machine. She had me standing there for almost 10 minutes and said it wouldn’t go through so I went somewhere else, and they got it sent off right away no problems.

    Kai was wonderful help to me and a big reason I will keep coming back to this location. The rest of the staff is great as well but Kai stood out by going above and beyond their duties. Thank you so much! This store is awesome and Kai deserves a raise/promotion.

    Not sure why it’s 3.1 stars - but my experience was great. The staff is really helpful. A young guy with long hair went out of his way to get my package ready, and the process is straightforward. There was a lot of people coming, so yeah it was of a bit of a wait in line, but that’s not in their control. The staff seemed to handle everyone with care
