- SCSharad CheeksJun 18, 20231.0Be aware if going here shipping anything valuable. Either the lady name is Kathy or Karen that is stealing. I needed help shipping out very expensive jewelry. She helped me package it and me not thinking told her what it was. The item was supposed to be next day delivery and never showed up to the destination. Upon further investigation the metro plant received a torn empty package. This lady is a thief and needs to be stopped. She never offered me insurance etc. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE! It was a $5k item and was given $100 insurance refund instead from the post office for her stealing it. Which that process took almost 2 months.
