However, this particular issue has happened three times within a year. The mail carrier has failed to do his job properly. Each time, the package could have easily been left at my door, yet instead, it was crammed into my mailbox, making it impossible to turn the key and retrieve it. The frustration of calling the post office—where no one picks up the phone—forces me to make an unnecessary trip there, just to speak with an unapologetic manager who responds with attitude. Thankfully, my package wasn’t broken, but it was bent. Why does this keep happening? It’s time for a change!
