  I I would give them 0 reviews if I could every time I come to this ups, it’s a terrible experience. The woman who works in there has such a nasty attitude and is not helpful at ALL. She doesn’t have good customer service and she’s always on her phone.

  Every single negative review about this location is correct. This location needs to be shut down. You are much better going to the one in Stockbridge on Highway 138 or the one in Ellenwood. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store in my entire life. The employees that everyone are posting about in other reviews are absolutely disgraceful and shameful excuses of employees and UPS should be ashamed of having people this disrespectful, lousy, and foul to even work with the general public. I was new to this location and did not know they had a separate scanner and bin for Amazon returns. I was rudely told by the employee to “go to the kiosk” and since I barely heard him due to his mumbling and barely being audible, he said “THE KIOSK, BEHIND YOU”. It must have been really hard for him to uncross his arm, and take a break from his phone because that is what he was doing upon walking in. No hello, how are you, or how can I help. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a customer service and a disgraceful embarrassment of UPS’s dedication to being a shipping provider. I will never return to this location again. Seriously, it needs to be shut down or have a complete overhaul because what these people are doing is inexcusable and ABSURD.

  This is my second visit to this store and both of my experiences were terrible. The gentlemen at the counter which apparently everyone has complained about has a completely horrible attitude. The purpose of your job is to help with customers returning packages which is also the point of UPS. The huffing and puffing when taking packages when you are literally scanning a QR code is just ridiculous. That is your choice to work at that store, that position. As a company this is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed. A 5 second interaction should not be horrible we don’t even have time to speak.

  I came to store at 4:08pm waiting for the cashier to come up he was next door for about 7 mins had me and another customer wait when he comes in he does not want to help and have an attitude when I’m asking h a question about shipping that I know nothing about

  3/31/26 6:15ish I went in today to return a mattress, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee assisting me was rude and unprofessional—his demeanor made it seem like he was bothered the entire time. When I asked if I should go to another location, his response was also rude and unhelpful. Additionally, another employee present had a similarly unwelcoming attitude, and neither of them provided any assistance. Their behavior made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ve previously visited the College Park location and have always been treated with respect there. However, since I was in the area, I decided to try this location, and the difference in service was very noticeable. If employees do not want to be there or assist customers, it reflects poorly on the business. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.
