  Supposedly their computers are down. And so you cannot do any email to print. And I think that’s really strange at this location. The employee didn’t seem as nice. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. First there was a lady by herself then she decided to bring another young lady out that was rolling her eyes and had an attitude. I will just say if you want to be treated like crap then use this store.

  I visited this location for the first time today. The lady with the Jamaican accent needs to be removed from servicing customers. Her attitude is that of someone who just wants a check and hates the job she does to earn that money. She left her hometown to come here to live amongst people she clearly doesn't like, let her go home and work at that UPS store. It's disgusting and I won't stop here I will be reaching out to upper management. I don't live on that side of town I had an appointment so I had some papers I needed printed out. Why assume every customer that enters this location knows the set up of the store each location has a different set up as it pertains to printing out papers. She definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public and if she can't change her attitude put her in the back where she can be seen and not heard.

  If possible go some where else they don't care here!! The lady that works the desk here has no people skills, just nonchalant, dry, and rude. I hate having to come to this location just for that reason!. She will pretty much not even acknowledge your presence and when she does it's like your getting on her nerves. When I asked do I just put it in the cart a tall slim black male just took it out my hand no words and took it to the back no words and she says rudely that it ma'am! The manger hirea these folks so i imagine she has the same kind of attitude and apparently UPS DOES NOT CARE as yall keep stating in these reviews because there's nothing but negative complaints about the rude staff here and nothing has changed. I'm just gonna start taking my returns to kohls and my packages to fedx or usps even if it cost a lil more is not worth the nasty treatment. cause I bet this wouldn't be tolerated in other communities! Wish I could give it a ZERO!! Same old generic response while they do absolutely nothing and apparently the employees no there is no consequence so is recommend people just go elsewhere if customer service is important to you. Cause if my husband had been with me and I told him how that guy just basically snatched a package out my hand, police would have had to been called the rudeness is beyond anybody normal!!

  The manager tried to charge me $10 to pick up my package because I didn't have a mailbox there, but when I asked her why was their location listed as a pick-up spot on Amazon's website without mentioning the $10 fee, she asked me to leave and threatened to call the police. I never received my package.
