Have a package they're not delivering because they claim the house I'm sitting in and have owned for 3 years does not exist. Phone rings 8-10 X then says their agents are busy. This is Morganton NO ONE IS BUSY. left message for the USPS that this is unacceptable service and am waiting a return call. We all know by then they'll have sent back my package. Never have these issues with FedEx or UPS. Hate when Amazon gives my stuff to USPS. Only thing keeping them afloat is that Amazon gives them 1/3 of their business by contract or they'd go under. Update no call from USPS ref my complaint and day two now and Ive made 7 additional calls to this branch today with no one answering the phones. Its disgusting we pay for this
