- CCChuckApr 16, 20241.0My experience with the USPS is terrible. They have one main job and that is to deliver the mail on time. I am still waiting on a package that arrived in Atlanta on April 4th. I mailed my taxes to my accountant two weeks ago and they still haven't received them. When you call the Monroe Post Office, the phone rings and rings and then hangs up. And now they want another increase in first class mail. NO WAY. They need to fire the postal general DeJoy. Since he's been there, the entire postal service has gone in the toilet.

- DLDonna LeeperSep 17, 20191.0Robert has been somewhat helpful to me in the past, but now that we have a new carrier on our route he tells me it is a courtesy to leave the mail on the porch when picking up my daily packages (every other carrier and sub has left the mail on the porch and he previuosly stated he didn't see why they couldn't leave it when picking up packages) and he tells me Monroe does not honor the Hardship requests for leaving mail on the porch, and it is a courtesy for my carrier to scan my packages before leaving the property. The new carrier does not leave the mail and doesn't scan my packages til she gets back to the station. I have lost my top rated status on Ebay because numerous packages are NOT getting scanned.
