The first time I noticed the owner or whoever the “boss” is being short and very condescending to an obviously new employee trying to learn. Today I went to mail a package and attempt to send back one Amazon order. I had the packing slip printed out and he said I had to take it home to get a box. I asked if he could scan the code on the packaging slip and he said no. I left and went to the UPS store down the street where they scanned with no problem and no questions asked. It was just a bit frustrating and very poor customer service in my opinion.

It took a very long time to print everything and he was patient and helped me get everything together. I will always use this store going forward. Thank you!

Our banner turned out beautiful and helped make the evening feel even more special for our students and families representing cultures from around the world. It takes a village and we are so grateful for businesses that show up for our kids in such a meaningful way. The owner was very attentive and kept going back and forth with me until the banner design was perfect! Great customer service from start to finish!

I was able to rush a project and get it in two days. I was so impressed!! The pricing was also much better than other online sources I looked at. I will be using this UPS location and Sarju for all of my future printing needs!
