- EBEvan BooselOct 17, 20251.0I went to send a package and the associate seemed very disinterested and his performance was very minimal. To make matters worse there was a teenage girl on a reclining office chair chewing gum with her legs on the table while on her phone. Then as I was leaving I saw the young man throw my package to the girl it made me feel uneasy for my future shipments packages should be handled with care this isn't the United States postal service.

I brought in an auto part sealed in a plastic bag with a small amount of residual oil, and the employee was overly particular about boxing it up. She kept adding unnecessary stipulations that made the whole process difficult. I eventually told her I’d take my business elsewhere. I went around the corner to another UPS Store and had zero issues. I won’t be returning to this location.
