She doesn't carry herself in a professional manner in appearance and her professionalism matches. I began going to this location due to the individuals who worked there. But if this is the quality they are now hiring they will lose business very quickly. She had the audacity to speak to me as if I was beneath her as I was looking for and envelope. Then when I asked about another employee she said oh you don't like me, she said I was the second person to complain about her today and laughed about it. I actually didnt complain because I felt she wanted a reaction. Really disappointing experience.
