- AAAnonymous AnonymousMar 18, 20261.0This is the 2nd time I e been here….1st time that international girl pulls up at 8:31 opens store at 8:32 and customers walks in and had to wait on her to turn light/computers/printers etc on and she says she’s gotta wait on the computer to boost up and now this is my 2nd trip I couldn’t believe I was seeing a repeat but to add on I had to figure out how to print label by emailing to her… I emailed so many times and she kept saying g don’t receive it and kept walking to the back constantly and she couldn’t at least help me to see if I was doing it right as no one else was in the store and now I had to pay $5 for print 2 pages?! Also to purchased the whole fame tape when I only needed 2strips of it?! Costing me $9 on top of being in the store for 45 mins constantly asking her if she got the email yet and another 15 mins keying this up to yall. She needs to be there early to get everything up and running and ready to serve at 8:30 and customers shouldn’t have to purchase the whole thing but only pay for what they need to use! Either she shows up and serve customers better or find someone else! I’m very disappointed in the response. If ups store opens AT 8:30…. and she doesn’t open the door until 8:31 ….why are u defending that?!?!?!?!? What u are saying is a lie….WOW.
