They took my $67 and the package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday still has been delivered. They sent it to the USPS because it was a PO Box. USPS says it doesn't do overnight. Went back to the UPS and explained the situation to the clerk, a white lady with tattoos on her right arm, very rude and could care less. Filed a complaint with UPS, to have my money refunded.

Every time I go to drop off a package I think it’s gonna be a simple transaction and they always complicate it and are extremely rude and cheap. I brought my return in the box it came in and she took the item out and said “I do not need the box” I said “can you please throw it away for me?” “No.” Are you serious? Another time I took a dress to return and she cut into my package almost cutting the dress and said I can’t take this it’s not in the original bag. My guess is that they are charged for these things and they’re too cheap to offer better experiences for their customers because they know they are the only option to return packages through UPS. Will only be using Milledgeville pack and ship and recommending it to everyone from now on!!!!
