This location has terrible reviews LOL but the customer service i received wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t exceptional. Since moving here about 4 years ago, I’ve just learned that’s how folks are out here in Georgia- not a lot of ppl around are too friendly with a smile. A lot of People In GA wear a chip on their shoulder.

There is unhappy projections by some of the USPS employees. I pray their service to each other and the public will improve. Lord, bring Your spirit of kindness and service to others. 🙏❤️🙏

The employees at this location are very rude and always seem upset. I had a passport appointment 03/16/2026 here, and the person who assisted me was rude and made no effort to help me, I believe there is a respectful way to speak to people, but this lady does not know how to communicate properly. Because of that, I had to make another appointment. This time I went to the Jackson post office, and wow, what a difference. The staff there really know how to treat people with kindness and respect. I will not be coming back to this location. Even if I have to drive farther, I would rather go where I am treated well.

DO NOT COME HERE. This was actually the worst service I have ever had. Maybe training could help address the lack of etiquette and respect, but it could also be that the people working here were just having a terrible day and decided to take it out on the guests. After waiting a month for my appointment, I was met with attitude and misinformation (including being told certain forms didn’t exist). Instead of helping, they made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable. Maybe consider taking a mental health day before you ruin others. I am in disbelief at how terrible this experience was. Try a different location and use this as a last resort

I came by to utilize the self service station learning from personal experiences that I should not rely on any personal assistance at this location. However, the stock for small flat rate box was totally out and the geniuses at this location felt it was necessary to lock all those boxes away with other paid supplies during lunch hours. Frustrated that I could not get myself set up and ready to complete a transaction that I already paid ahead and only needed to complete the transaction to print and package my own package. I could not find any ready to use pen and priority tape to secure my package. Looking around at the stations that otherwise would/should have supplies ready at any other common sense locations (apparently not this one), a courteous employee let me know they were close for lunch obviously not seeing that I had a prepaid postage ready needed zero help from her personal helpful self just ready to secure my package before I could drop it off and leave for the day. The most helpful lesson I got today was in the case you counted for zero help from no one, count nothing on common sense and due diligence stacking supplies that should be ready to go at this location. From now on, I would order the supplies shipped to my house and either schedule a pick-up or go elsewhere. Count nothing from this specific location.
