- JHJennifer Hoagland1 day ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience at this location. My son arrived at 3:47 PM—13 minutes before closing (verified)—to complete several Amazon returns. Instead of assisting him, the individual who identified herself as the owner spent much of that time explaining that she was leaving at 4:00 PM and would not complete the transactions. She even had him call me rather than simply processing the returns, which were already organized and ready. Only a few items were processed before he was told to leave. This is not the first issue at this store. I have previously experienced significantly higher pricing than other UPS Store locations (including notary services and copies), and when questioned, was told, “I’m the owner and I can charge whatever I want.” Customer service has been consistently unprofessional, and based on conversations within the community, this appears to be a pattern. I would strongly recommend using another UPS Store location in the area.
