  Do not go there they always try to upsell you a box even though you have your own box it is not a FedEx policy that it has to be in a brown box bought by FedEx. That is a complete lie. I called FedEx and I spoke to the customer service department as well as I called The HEADQUARTERS in Memphis, Tennessee. I spoke to someone there and they told me that as long as it’s in a sealed box, you can even have a logo or something on it. So do not go there because they try to upsell you boxes and other things that you do not need. Please go to the one in Stockbridge that does not happen there.

  bigger older lady with Grey and Black hair is very unhelpful and has no customer service skills or support to solve issues. Very rude I wont be returning

  FEDEX is the WORST shipping company to deal with, based upon all but one of four experiences I have had with them. I previously purchased a box valued at approximately $1.00 for what I can buy it for in Walmart, and paid $7.49 for a 13"x9"x11" shipping box, because I was told by the clerk before I purchased the box that it would be a flat rate for whatever I put inside. Today I attempted to ship in the box and was told by the clerk working at 4:15 pm on June 2, 2023, that it would cost $31 + to ship it (to a US address ). The package weighed less than 7 lbs. RIP OFF. Stay away from this FEDEX!
