Being from McDonough, we have to go elsewhere because they don't offer good service. They don't want to take pictures, they don't want to sell money orders. They want you to bring everything in the envelope already; they don't want to check anything. The woman with the short wig provided bad service today.

Asked for tape (used to sit on counter for customers), yet all lady wanted to do was sell me another envelope. She woudnt even try to help, saying thay tape wouldnt hold, yet I knew it would. No name, but older woman with gray bob haircut & glasses...was 4:20pm, so pretty sure her lack of help was due to her getting ready to close and go home. Disappointed in guest service!!

They raise their voice and speak to them in an inhuman manner. They should be happy to have a job because no one chose their job, they did. The post master really needs to take control of this facility and have meetings with the staff to not treat people any kind of way. For GOD SAKE they would not want anyone to treat them the way they treat others. If they can’t treat people in a humane manner and deal with the public in a humane way, maybe they need to seek another job that does not deal with the public.
