Each time I visit this location - the staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, dismissive, not helpful and it’s clear they dislike their job. I advise recycling of staff and send them on their way. The lack of professionalism is disgusting. Not sure if it’s ego due to being federal employees or what. 03/04/2025 an older lady kindly asked clarifying questions etc and the team member walk through the back door and closed it.

Customer service should be respectful and helpful, but that was not the case during my visit. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. As customers, we are the reason businesses remain open, and we deserve to be treated with respect! & courtesy. I truly hope management takes steps to improve the professionalism and customer service at this location. Shut it down and re hire!!!

And then the guy I dealt with wasn't much better and then was trying to charge me for more stuff then I told him I wanted. Watch the screen while they waiting on you. This guy was speeding through the screens almost like he didn't want me to see what I was paying for.

One time, I gave the clerk a bill for the service and she had the audacity to say out loud "this bill is fake, this bill is fake" I said call the police, because, I got that money from United Community. I waited on the side by the package window, feeling embarrassed. After a short time she said I could leave, I was so pissed......avoid this location
