Literally worst customer service, the lady with glasses and braids has the most nastiest attitude. It was my second time coming in, she turned me down twice, and when I saw what time it was, pretty sure she did it because they were closing. I would give negative stars, but you know, it is what it is.

This is extremely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I came to the post office during lunch hours and was extremely nice as I never been here before, when the worker was so rude. I was just asking a question to make sure I have the right thing when I come back. When she cut me off saying we trying to enjoy our lunch. While eating lunch in the front. And I understand it’s lunch time, I even just clarified that the reopen at 1. She doesn’t have to be as nasty as she was to the customers coming in and out the post office. Maybe they shouldn’t eat in the front because I didn’t even know it was lunch, I just thought they were prepping for something because they eating at the window.

I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but this post office has earned every bit of this review. The place is dirty, unkempt, and looks like no one has taken pride in it for years. Walking in feels like stepping into a building everyone gave up on a long time ago. And the customer service? Easily some of the rudest, most dismissive behavior I’ve ever dealt with. You ask a simple question and get attitude. You try to clarify something and get talked over. They act bothered by customers who are literally just trying to mail their packages. The hostility is unreal. This is a federal service — not a place for people who hate dealing with the public. If you can’t be polite, at least try not to be disrespectful. Between the filthy environment and the extremely rude staff, this location needs a serious overhaul in both cleanliness and professionalism. 👎📦
