When I tried to enter the worker turned me back saying they are closed. Find this rude and unprofessional, why would you text me minute before closing and wouldn't take more than minute to hand over the package. Definitely will not renew my service .

Some of these people are lazy an don't want to work. Now I have to deal with headaches a refunds. My God. I've always have gotten good service from here. The first store representative advised to email the store Google inbox to then have the document printed and to use the computer to access the email to print the document. I did so, and proceeded to the computer. There was a white male customer in front of me at the time using tje computer. As I was walking to the computer, I only TOUCHED the mouse and the manager Mr. Nguyen raised the volume of his tone to say, "the computer is not for customer use, and to request assistance to print anything out". Came back in today, 10/17 to print a label for a package and ship it out. I was told previously not to use the computer so I requested assistance. However, again today there was a white male customer at the computer for 10-15 minutes before the representative assisting me printed my label and after. The same manager was present, and made no remarks from the time I arrived to the time I left to the white male customer about use of tbe computer (which he appeared to be using for personal research while another customer was waiting). Discrimination will not be tolerated and I have also filed a formal complaint with UPS Corporate!!!
