  I went into this store with several return packages. I had quite a time trying to pull up the return labels on my phone. I was so flustered because I don't like to hold up the line. I stepped side several times to allow others to be helped. This young man was the most kind and considerate soul. His patience and friendly attitude helped me to relax and find the information I needed. He could have been rude or had a bad attitude but he didn't. It's hard to find excellent customer service, so I had to write this review. I was helped by DeAnthony at store #7763. Please recognize this young man for his superior customer service! Thank you!

  I like that it is conventionally located and that it is never too busy. Wait times are expected and staff is friendly.

  Bypass this greedy location! Never have been charged for a strip of TAPE at any other ups store! This is why business suffer, overcharging CUSTOMERS for things needed to shop a package.

  I paid $77.00 for a letter size 3.4 oz package for next day delivery, but to my dismay my package won't get delivered per UPS Tracking until 3-days later! In order to get my refund i have to wait to file a claim once package is delivered, then wait another 3-weeks for my refund. A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE! I won't give my money for NEXT DAY delivery ever again, and I would advise that no one else do the same! Save your money! Not worth the headache!

  Due to a couple of snafus a package that I dropped off at this location to be delivered to an address in Griffin wound up being delivered to my house.The owner / manager and his staff went over and beyond to make sure the package got corrected and delivered to the proper address. Good folks and excellent service
