The HR world is always changing, and it's nice to have professionals that make sure everything is done right!   I had the opportunity to work with Cynthia and couldn't be happier. When searching for a HR professional, I needed someone who would listen to my needs while filling any gaps that were present. Cynthia helped me refine what I neeeded and only provided services that were needed; there wasn't any attempt to sell anything that wasn't required. Cynthia has catered to my needs, responded in a timely manner, and worked within my timeline. Elevated HR provides services in most states and is well versed with the respective laws. In the end, I felt I was working with a partner and not a vendor - which is exactly what I needed. I will not hesitate to utilize services from HR Elevated in the future.
