I did not catch the young man’s name that helped us but he made our experience quick and simple as could be and during wedding planning that is all you could ask for.

I get other people's mail from our neighborhood on a regular basis, instead of dropping packages off at our front door, they will either be crammed into our mailbox with no regard to what's in the package (especially photos that are clearly marked - "Photos : Do Not Bend") and its a fight to get back out or they are thrown on the ground in the rain in front of the mailbox on the side of the street for just anyone to pick up. I've complained several times to the office and it doesn't do any good.
