  I want to give a big thank you to Rob and Kait at UPS for consistently providing outstanding service. Every time I come in, they are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and correctly, and they always do it with a great attitude. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Rob and Kait are wonderful employees, and UPS is very fortunate to have them!

  I had an issue sending a time sensitive package through this UPS store. The issue was above anyone at the store, but the owner went above and beyond to get the issue resolved immediately and personally took care of the situation to my satisfaction.

  Incredible customer service! We drove here from Grovetown because they didn’t close until 5:30 (opposed to 5:00). We’re so glad we did. Both employees were very kind, patient, and helpful. The male employee (maybe the manager) said that they put relationships first. We could see that in action.
