- JDJannah DMar 20, 20262.0I arrived with the required consent form for my two children but was told staff needed a copy of the father's ID linked to the form. That was fine, but the agent on duty was dismissive and made unnecessary comments about people arriving at 6:30–7:30, which was patronizing and unhelpful esp bc the office isn’t even open at that time. The office should clearly list required ID copies and staff should communicate respectfully and directly.

I was honestly super stressed before my appointment because it was my first time doing my passport and I was scared I didn’t have everything but it did and Danny helped me through it all with a big smile on his face. 10/10!!
