If I could I would give this location zero stars.
So I requested for this location to hold the mail. And they still delivered. That was the first incident.
Then I do a change of address. They stating I have to comeback and another verification process on the computer. It sounds like double work.
Really shock me is these people are not going through the system and reading what the individual is asking for.
My friend ordered me a gift, why I’m having come pick up the package in person. Y’all deliver mail everyday to my address, why not drop the package off.
I’m frustrated at the lack of attention to detail when it comes to delivering mail. Especially if I went to usps website for you all to hold my mail. They really need to get a sop ( standards of procedures) in place at this location. And make sure they abide by it.

Every time in go into this facility, the workers move at a glacial pace and they are not very friendly. If you don’t like your job, leave and go find something else.

The self-service machine might as well be called “Turtle” because it’s incredibly slow. I’ve even started going to a different post office just to avoid using it. The last time I tried, a kind couple was waiting behind me while I finished at the kiosk, and I apologized for how long it was taking.
Their response?
“No worries—it’s been like that for as long as we can remember.”
Which makes me wonder: why hasn’t the machine been replaced?
Another issue is the drop-off bins. Sometimes they’re locked. My schedule is pretty busy, and one of the things I’ve always appreciated about the USPS is the convenience of lobby access after hours. But depending on the night, the drop-off bin may or may not be locked, which can be frustrating.
And I really felt for the employee behind the counter one day—there was a long line of customers and no additional help. I’ve seen the same situation at other post offices, too, so it doesn’t seem like this is just a Sprayberry–Marietta location issue.

Only one worker with long line of customers. First customer had over 50 packages to be done individually. Kiosk by open door with less than 30 degree temps. Other customers very rude. Terrible area with terrible people.
