Each time if a person is helping and not through the self-service kiosk, they scan the code and then say "you need to purchase a box to ship these in"! I go to other stores and this never happens. I'm convinced now this is the owners way to gouge Amazon returner for additional money. The store near Sandy Plains Rd is great, never this type of issue. Save your self the frustration and money dealing with this "Money Grab" of a store. I wish Amazon would just drop them from the return program.
