  Be careful if you’ve scheduled a TSA pre-check appointment. My husband and my appointments were canceled this morning after having booked over a month ago. When I called to ask why, I was told “Sheila [?] called out sick,” so they had to cancel all appointments for the day. Now we can’t get another appointment for several more weeks. I understand people get sick, and it’s certainly not the employee’s fault they’re sick, but why would a company only have one person available for this service when you must schedule out weeks in advance? We made sure our work schedules wouldn’t conflict with the appointment. Extremely frustrating.

  I want to give a shout out and credit to my friend Austin in the printing department. He helped me out in a pinch, helped me through the technology and was had a great customer service rapport. I appreciate his help and would definitely come back again.
