  RXO delivered a mattress to my fourth floor apartment. They had a delay, but they contacted me ahead of time to tell me about it and predict a new delivery window. This was helpful. They arrived on time in the new window. The delivery and installation went well, despite having to go up an elevator to the fourth floor. The staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. Well done.

  Delivery team courteous and professional. Set up new TV, working well. However, would not haul old TV away despite this being part of the agreed to service. Said they didn’t have anywhere to put it. Disposal will cause unexpected expense.

  I don't usually give reviews but in this case I wanted to. I had a whole kitchen set of high end appliances delivered and my biggest fear was that some would be damaged. It's not often that a delivery crew is not only nice but actually took the time to unbox each item, allow me to visually inspect each one and then reboxed each one. Definitely recommend RXO and hope I get them on my next large item delivery.

  A Sam's Club purchase of washer and dryer was delivered via RXO. The coordinated delivery and installation could not have gone smoother. They showed up well within the time frame given. The team was courteous, respectful, and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

  This was a great experience from beginning to end. Our delivery of 6 Polywood Adirondack chairs was exactly as described, with a text prompt for me to choose a delivery day, a text the day before with the window, and a call 30 minutes out the day of. We paid for assembly, which was fast and courteous. Worth every cent. Five stars!
