  What great customer service! The staff goes above and beyond, and gave me some extra help with my prints at a great price. You don’t see that very much these days!!

  I was supposed to receive my phone between 10:35 a.m. and 12:35 p.m., and a signature was required, which meant I had to be home. I rearranged my entire day to make sure I was available during that specific time window. The delivery never happened. After the window passed, the status was simply changed to “by the end of the day,” with no delivery attempt, no notification, and no explanation. This shows a complete lack of consideration, respect, and professionalism toward the customer’s time. If FedEx provides a delivery window—especially when a signature is required—it should be honored. Otherwise, customers are left wasting hours of their day for nothing. Very disappointing experience

  RUDE STAFF!! I drove 30 miles to come to this location because the other locations were closed on a Sunday. Kinko's rents computers so you can work, do webinars, or online interviews. But THIS IS NOT A QUIET PLACE AT ALL TO GET WORK DONE. An employee starts VACUUMING AT 12:30pm DURING MY ONLINE INTERVIEW. I asked her for a few minutes to finish but she started vacuuming again to be NASTY! At this location, they play loud music that none of the other locations do. You're supposed to get work done here, but can't. They don't care about that time you're paying for on the computer or their loud disruptions. CO-WORKING SPACES ARE MORE ACCOMODATING TO PROFESSIONALS. YOU CAN'T GET ANY WORK DONE AT FEDEX KINKOS, SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
