  Went to get a box and packing supplies for an expensive instrument. Employee was so rude and not helpful. Wouldn't answer questions and then folded the box I bought in half - not at a crease ruining the integrity of the box. So rude I will not be returning, I will take it to the Woodstock location to ship and pay money. Take your business where they care if you are a customer.

  I came in today to ship a package. The lady at the register asked how many pounds was my item . I told her 142 pounds. She said I need to take it to some other fedex because she doesn’t want to hurt her back . The website clearly states 150 pounds maximum weight to ship . Please hire competent people to work .

  Be mindful of using this location. Every time that I have visited either, I’ve received the wrong printing and told that it’s what I ordered. Or they mislead you making you think that you just placed the order when you didn’t, We receive an email. This is not a fast location. I don’t care to leave reviews, but we dread coming in here.
