I had to leave to go to work. They need to be more responsible and be on time now rushing myself going to work.

I had all of my documents ready and we had an appointment time of 9:30a (this location doesn't do walk ins, appointment only) and we arrived 15 minutes early.They were ahead of schedule and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Danny was the person working and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He was also very kind and was patient when taking the kids photos, and made sure to get a good one :) They had a TV and play area so the kids were occupied while we signed documents and paid. I actually only had one copy of our drivers licenses, and he was kind enough to make another copy for us. I 1000% recommend this location for passports and we will be back when we need to renew. Many thanks to Danny for making our experience a pleasurable one!

No one came out to say it will take a min or anything. A lady came out to her desk pick something up and left. A gentleman came out looked and walked away. There is 7 of us waiting for help. This is the worst I've ever experienced with this location.
