- OKOleksii KiselovDec 24, 20251.0I visited your office in person and clearly explained my issue. A package sent to me from Europe was not delivered — instead, I received only the shipping label. Your employee informed me that nothing could be done and instructed me to file a claim online. However, there is no online claim option for international shipments sent from abroad to the United States. Claims are only available for domestic shipments or for shipments sent from the U.S. to another country. As a result, I was given incorrect information and wasted my time. Later, I found out that I needed to complete a separate form confirming that the package was not received, which is required for the sender to file a claim with the European postal service. Due to your staff’s incompetence, I lost time and experienced unnecessary stress. One star.

When the lines are long, I do notice that A LOT of people have problems and questions, so it does take some time to get that resolved. This by no means excuses poor customer service.
