When the lines are long, I do notice that A LOT of people have problems and questions, so it does take some time to get that resolved. This by no means excuses poor customer service. I have a package currently that they have misplaced (claiming it is in the mailbox but it is not) and they are not providing any response or trying to rectify the problem. If you are sending mail and it goes through them, I’d recommend to have a signature required. - Update 09/16: I never received my package and I’m now having to file a claim with my bank. The service request that I opened, they closed twice without communication with me on the outcome.
- ABAlison BarrackDec 26, 20135.0This staff helped me with a very complicated situation. I spoke with an employee named Carletta and the manager. They made sure my mistake on my addressed package was given directly to the delivery man who had already made his rounds to my location several times attempting to find the exact doctors office (suite). Not only did the employees make sure they spoke with the delivery man personally, but the delivery man RETURNED to our doctor offices after his shift was complete to personally hand me my package the same day I called in. Thank you to all three employees who helped me retrieve my package before it was send back to the company I purchased from.
