What I don’t appreciate are the entitled folks who leave negative reviews because it was busy. I always love to say “an emergency with poor planning on your part doesn’t constitute an emergency on their part.” I feel qualified to call out the entitled reviews in this post, as I go to this shop every month sometimes multiple times a month for events, shipping, and more specialized printing. I’ve even printed and gone through troubleshooting with the printing specialist with my laptop open — go Hans! They’re incredibly patient throughout testing on different paper etc. I’ve had to have rush order prints (a full poster) for my own wedding after some disasters… they always come through for me with high quality results!! I’ve never had an issue with over charging or packages arriving. Love the crew and happy holidays as you get time off to rest!
